1. Acceptance

By creating an account on ThreadsHub you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

ThreadsHub is a dashboard that allows you to manage multiple Threads accounts, schedule and publish content, and view analytics — all from a single interface.

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with Threads Terms of Use and Community Guidelines at all times.
You may not use ThreadsHub to post spam, misleading content, or content that violates Meta's policies.
You are solely responsible for all content published through your account.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

5. Threads API compliance

ThreadsHub uses the official Threads API. We respect all API rate limits and publishing guidelines set by Meta, including the required 30-second delay between container creation and publication.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or API changes made by Meta.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In non-urgent cases, we will provide 7 days notice before termination.

8. Limitation of liability

ThreadsHub is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any content published through your Threads accounts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with at least 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
